The easy-to-hand-throw series of vernier calipers are easy to carry and don’t feel bad if they are lost. They are suitable for occasions where accuracy is not high.
The current drawing is 10-division. This shape is not compatible with 20-division. If you want 20-division, you need to modify the shape (I think 10-division is better for reading)
There are also scales in mil and cm outside.
Press the upper lock button to prevent the caliper from sliding
You should be able to understand the assembly, so I won’t explain too much. Just align it. For example, prepare two m2 screws and align them.
Updated on 2021/07/20, it has been assembled and tested, and 3 bugs have been found, which have been fixed. The pcb accuracy is good. There are about 0.025mm more on both sides, which does not affect the use of 0.1mm. Those who are brave can already build the board. There should be no problem. What's the big problem?
Updated on 2021/08/04, both front and back sides can be installed. It was originally made into a left-handed version, but now you can assemble it according to your own preferences (one for left hand and one for right hand)
You can give some suggestions in the comment area
I would like to ask if mil scale vernier calipers are commonly used? Can they be made into double-sided scales?
