Xinlong Family Bucket
Step-down part----XL4015
Boost part---XL6019
Parallel connection between two modules
The cost is super low, the overall cost should be less than 10 yuan
Suitable for power supply in daily small electronic productions
Voltage input range 4-37V
Overall module output voltage range: 1.25-60V
Current range: 5A
(It is best to be within 50V, the capacitor has a voltage resistance of 50V, and you are not afraid of explosion!!!!)
In fact, it can reach 66V, video actual test
Add simple QC2.0/QC3.0 deception, a few simple resistors and capacitors, and diodes to achieve
After powering on, the voltage on the capacitor slowly increases and reaches the turn-on voltage of the MOS tube. The voltage on DN is about 0.6V on D1.
The QC fast charging protocol is that after D+ gives a voltage of 0.6, D- gives a voltage of 0.6 after 1.25S, and the charging head outputs 12V.
This 1.25S is achieved by slowly charging the capacitor.

So far, price 9.8
Two voltmeters, I got two for about 8 yuan. You don’t have to buy these. You can just use a multimeter to check them. It doesn’t affect the function, it just affects the experience.

The layout was not good, so I just tried to figure it out and it worked.
If you are interested, you can make a secondary layout.
If I have time, I will revise it again
