2020-5-13 Message: This tomb-style design will soon replace the main control
Message on 2020-5-21: The main control has been replaced. For specific details, please refer to the message on the schematic diagram. This page will be updated after actual testing.
Input environment: lithium battery (2.7-4.2V, withstand voltage up to 4.5V)
Output function 1: 5V (all IP530X series are acceptable, IP5305 or 5303 is recommended due to inductor size limitations), load capacity 5V1A
Output function 2: 3.3V TPS63000, automatic step-up and step-down type, the step-down output can output a maximum current of 1.6A, and the step-up output maximum input current does not exceed 0.8A
Protection function: DW07D, over-discharge protection is triggered at 2.8V, and overshoot protection is at 4.3V. However, the IP530X series stops charging at around 4.2V. This protection threshold does not affect the use of 4.2V lithium batteries.
Other functions:
Can be changed to adjustable output, PCB reserved potentiometer resistor
4 LED percentage type power display
5V no-load shutdown, maintain threshold approximately 50mA
3V3 is always running, the EN function is not available
Press button to view power display/activate 5V output
The background PCB is from LoveTomb105. The module voltage output is normal and light load is normal. There is no adjustable resistor welded in this test. You can add it by yourself. The empty buttons will not affect the test. They have been shorted with tweezers and the buttons are normal.
