Design a precision resistor screening circuit. The circuit should be able to identify and display qualified and unqualified resistors within a given resistance range based on the preset upper and lower limit errors, thereby achieving the purpose of screening resistors.
Basic design requirements:
(1) Resistance range: 0~100Ω;
(2) Display resolution: 0.1Ω;
(3) The upper and lower limit preset accuracy is ±0.5Ω.
Extended design requirements:
Use a digital voltmeter to display the resistance being measured.
