IS31FL3733 matrix RGB solution verification (chip cascade)

Overview

IS31FL3733, cascade control RGB lights. If you can cascade one, you can control a total of 8 3733s. If you learn one cascade, other cascades will not be a problem.

Also, wiring is really difficult.
