  • Quad-rotor board material cost estimate: G1Y-91 + ESP12F + 900mah lithium battery + other materials = 20 + 10 + 15 + 20 = 65 yuan

  • Estimated material cost of remote control board: ESP12F + rocker potentiometer + other materials = 10 + 5 +10 = 25 yuan

  • Estimated boarding cost: sample + patch (engineering fee + materials + imposition) = 5 + (50+65+80) = 5 + 200 yuan (the patch does not include the expansion library)

  • If you don’t want to make a puzzle, you can choose single-board pcb

It was delayed for a few days because the wrong address was filled in during the proofing process, so the PCB has not arrived yet. Let me briefly summarize the current problems.

  1. The main control can be STC8H1, which just meets the needs and can fully utilize the pins.
  2. The design of the remote control feels a bit tasteless, after all, it is not strictly a part of the four-axis.
  3. The connection method is designed to use the new USB download. In the end, because a serial port is needed, RS232 to USB is drawn. This part cannot be regarded as part of the four-axis.
  4. Using the module interface can help many friends who have difficulty in soldering, but it does take up a bit of PCB area. Later, consider more suitable modules or abandon the module directly.
  5. The PCB is still not small enough, and part of the board area is exposed under the wing, which wastes part of the lift. I personally think that the added functions are a bit too much. For example, 4 status indicators are sufficient. Anyway, I will finish this version first and the program is already being written. After this version is adjusted, a new version will be improved. The main directions are as follows:
  6. Re-select the main control, and tentatively choose the sop20 package version of STC8H1, which costs 1 yuan.
  7. Consider keeping or removing settings that use modules.
  8. Remove the remote control and USP to 232 part of the circuit.
  9. Remove some redundant functions and rearrange the PCB to minimize the PCB area under the wing. The cost of the new version is estimated to be about ten yuan less. (laughing) I cried so much. no
