Overview

This solution is suitable for household induction cookers, with a maximum power of up to 15 kilowatts. It can support high-wattage stir-frying functions, or requires linear power adjustment and low-power continuous heating to maintain boiling point, heat preservation and other functions. It also has hardware security protection mechanisms to achieve high efficiency. , safety features.

The induction cooker solutions are: single-tube solution, half-bridge solution and full-bridge solution. The single-tube solution is suitable for less than 2 kilowatts (mostly used in household induction cookers at present); but if a high-wattage stir-frying function is required, the power needs to reach 3 kilowatts ~ 15 kilowatts, or linear power adjustment and boiling point maintenance, heat preservation and other functions are required. A half-bridge solution is required; for industrial heating exceeding 15 kilowatts, a full-bridge solution is required. Nuvoton's half-bridge induction cooker solution uses an industrial-grade microcontroller with an operating temperature of -40°C ~ 105°C as the main control. It has a built-in hardware safety protection mechanism to achieve high efficiency and safety features. The maximum power can reach 15 kilowatts and supports linear power adjustment. And low-power continuous heating (maintaining boiling point, keeping warm, etc.) function, and also provides a multi-head stove solution to achieve centralized control and coordinated distribution of total power.

    • 144 MHz, 16-bit 12-channel PWM (complementary with dead zone)
