Wireless charging is a technology that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to transfer electrical energy between two coils. In recent years, as a hot selling point, this technology has been applied to mobile devices such as smartphones of various brands.
The MCU RL78/G11 with few pins and rich configurable analog functions is used as the main control chip. This solution uses the powerful analog function of the chip to implement over-current monitoring and outputs PWM through timer KB. Safety is improved and efficiency is guaranteed through the wide input voltage range, micropower unidirectional high-side and low-side current sense amplifier ISL28006 and the high-frequency MOSEFT driver HIP2106A with adaptive pass-through protection.
