I just started learning DSP and I don't have a development board. I found that there is a vsm for piccolo example in protues. There are source code and schematics. I created a ccs project, added the source code manually, compiled it, and generated *.cof (or *.hex). I loaded the *.cof I just generated into F28027 in protues and tested it.
