Digital signal processing circuit (DSP) block diagram

The digital signal processing circuit ( DSP ) performs balanced amplification, asymmetry correction, EFM demodulation, and error correction (error correction ) on the RF
signal . Its basic circuit structure is shown in the figure. It processes the RF signal from the servo preamplifier circuit as usual , and the digital signal it extracts
is then sent to the decompression processing circuit for data processing. Many digital signal processing circuits also include servo signal processing, such as spindle motor
constant linear velocity servo processing (CLV). Optical servo processing circuit, etc. Therefore, an abnormality in the digital signal processing circuit will often cause the entire DVD
player to not work properly.
