[Atria AT32WB415 Series Bluetooth BLE 5.0 MCU] Adc test internal temperature sensor comparison [Copy link]

A long time ago, I used a domestic MCU and an internal temperature sensor to measure the temperature, but after a small batch, I found that the temperature was a little inaccurate.

I always thought it was a problem with the domestic MCU, but later I used ST's and the same thing happened.

Generally, internal temperature sensors are used to measure relative temperature rather than absolute temperature.

I looked through the YTL manual and found clear instructions.

Write a function to test it, it's relatively simple

This V25 is about to reach the minimum value of 1.26. Will there be any values below the minimum in the batch?

The minimum value of Yatli is not wide enough.

The current temperature in the city is estimated to be around 20 degrees, and the Yatli test showed it was around 30 degrees

So I took out the ST film and tested the temperature

64 degrees, even less accurate, the internal temperature sensor should be used to test the relative temperature

You can say that it is to compare the temperature inside the chip with the outdoor temperature, and write the difference to the temperature conversion.   Details Published on 2022-8-18 10:14

The internal temperature sensor measures the temperature inside the chip, and has no linear relationship with the outdoor temperature. I have used MSP430, and after calibration, the error is about 2 degrees, which is the best.
