There is a chip shortage now. Are there any domestic chips that can replace this buck-boost chip from Lingte? LTC1517ES5-3.3, SOT-23 package, 2-4.4V can be buck-boosted to 3.3V, so that the capacity of the lithium battery can be fully utilized.

If you are worried about the stock being out of stock, you can change the circuit and use MC34063. This chip is not likely to be out of stock, and the price increase will not be much.

It can't fit at all...it can't be bigger than the SOT-23 package

There are not many domestically made products like this. Or they are too big, so the design still needs to be changed from the system.

I looked around but couldn't find any, but there are some SOT23-6 charge pumps that need to be modified.

They are both charge pump buck-boost chips. You can compare the specific parameters yourself.
