Simulation Research of Parallel Active Power Filter Based on DSP In the past decade, with the rapid development of power electronics technology, active power filters (APFs) have gradually entered the stage of mature application. Active power filters are power electronic devices based on pulse width modulation, signal processing and high-power high-speed self-shutdown power electronic devices (does not exclude the use of multiplexing technology to form an equivalent high-frequency topology structure with low-frequency devices and early forced commutation methods). It achieves the purpose of eliminating system harmonic pollution by injecting compensating harmonics of equal magnitude and opposite phase to the system harmonics into the AC power system in real time. The research on active power filters in China started very early, and the theoretical achievements achieved are not lower than the international level. However, due to the limitations of national economic strength, the funds and manufacturing technology are backward and the supply and demand relationship is difficult to form. This advanced product has been in the laboratory stage. Foreign engineering circles have practiced active filters for many years and have accumulated rich experience in the manufacturing technology and operation of power electronic equipment. Currently, several foreign companies such as ABB, Siemens, and Merlin Gerin have begun to promote such products in my country. Under such circumstances, it is of urgent practical significance to promote the practical research of domestic power active filters. This article hopes to express some opinions from the perspective of engineering application.
