Introducing two brand new sensors from ON Semiconductor, which can be used in many applications such as industrial automation, smart homes/buildings, robots, security/monitoring, etc. The new 20MP high-resolution sensor AR2020 features industry-leading energy efficiency and performance, 75dB extended dynamic range and >100dB, with row-staggered LI-HDR. High quantum efficiency QE provides excellent performance in low light conditions. Another low-power 8MP 4K rolling shutter RGBIR image sensor, AR0830, has leading low-light performance SNR1 1.1 lux, good dynamic range 94dB, single-exposure on-chip eDR, and double-exposure off-chip LI-HDR, supporting mainstream video formats 4K60, 1080P120. At the same time, the motion wake-up function suitable for access control and conference applications is introduced, including its principle and demonstration.
