EEWorld Training Copyright and Disclaimer Statement

EEWorld_Training is an online platform of EEWorld that provides a wide range of services to users, including but not limited to online video viewing, search, comment, collection, sharing, and video publishing. Currently, there is a substantial amount of video content uploaded by users on EEWorld_Training. If you think that the videos uploaded and disseminated by EEWorld users through the information storage space provided by EEWorld_Training infringe upon your rights and interests, please send a notice of rights to EEWorld. As a neutral platform service provider, upon receiving the relevant notice from the rights holder, EEWorld will take measures to remove the relevant content according to the relevant legal provisions. The complainant should provide the following documents:

1、The name/contact person, contact information, business license (for entities), and scanned copy of the identity card (for individuals) of the rights holder.

2、The content and demands of the rights holder's claim, including the specific name and the network address of the page where the content that is requested to be removed or the link that is requested to be disconnected.

3、Preliminary evidence of infringement, including but not limited to proof of ownership of copyright or legal rights to information network dissemination, as well as evidence of the infringement facts of the suspected infringing work.

4、Rights holder's warranty. The rights holder must ensure that the information and other related materials and documents provided are true, legal, and valid.

Once we receive a notice that meets the above requirements, we will remove the suspected infringing content within a reasonable time.

Users who upload videos EEWorld_Training are deemed to agree with the corresponding measures taken by EEWorld in the aforementioned situations. EEWorld shall not bear any liability for breach of contract or any other legal liability as a result.
