The life cycle of this project is 5 years, and the total amount of the life cycle is approximately 218 million yuan.
Zhongding shares said that the company has been committed to the research and development and supporting of engine and battery thermal management system assembly products. After the company's Tristone Flowtech Holding SAS completed the domestic project, Anhui Tristone became a high-end supplier of automotive thermal management system assembly products. This thermal management system assembly product adopts TFH's leading thermal management system assembly technology. The recognition of customers this time will have a positive effect on the company's further expansion of new energy vehicle thermal management pipeline assembly supporting business.
It is reported that Zhongding shares' main business is the production and sales of hydraulic and pneumatic seals and automotive non-tire rubber products (except brakes and shock absorbers). The main businesses include intelligent chassis system business - air suspension system; intelligent chassis system business - lightweight chassis system; fluid pipeline system; sealing system.
According to the data, Zhongding shares has been continuously improving product assembly technology in the field of air suspension systems since it entered the air suspension system business field in the 1990s. It has been deeply involved in the industry for more than 20 years and has core technologies in subdivided industries. In the field of chassis lightweighting, it has core technologies for ball joint assemblies. At the same time, the company has been promoting the research and development and production of thermal management pipeline products. It has its own patented exclusive production technology Creatube process and core technologies for TPV hoses and nylon tubes. The company ranks top two in the world in its subdivided industry. At present, the company has 705 authorized patents, including 312 foreign patents, 84 Chinese invention patents, 299 utility model patents, and 10 design patents.
