Although there is still nearly half a year before the release, there have been more and more leaks about the iPhone 14 series recently. Combined with the currently known leaks, the design plan for the entire series has been basically determined.
Overseas blogger @theapplehub posted the latest renderings of the entire iPhone 14 series. Consistent with previous rumors, it is divided into four models, including iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Among them, the two Pro models will adopt the pill-punch screen solution, while the two standard versions of the iPhone 14 will continue the existing design and adopt a small bangs solution.
According to previously exposed pictures of the suspected front screen glass panel of the iPhone 14 series, the borders around the screens of the two Pro models seem to have been further narrowed, and the screen-to-body ratio is expected to set a record in Apple's history.
At the same time, it was revealed that the prices of the iPhone 14 series will also increase uniformly. The basic model of the iPhone 14 may be priced at US$799, the iPhone 14 Max will be priced at US$899, and the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max are expected to be priced at US$1099 and US$1199 respectively.
Compared with the iPhone 13 series, the starting prices of the four models are US$699, US$799, US$999 and US$1099 respectively, which means that all models have been increased by US$100.
As for the question that users are most concerned about, whether the high refresh rate will be downgraded to the standard version, according to current rumors, it is highly likely that the Pro version will be exclusive to the high refresh rate screen.
Although Apple no longer reports details on device sales, its most recent earnings call said iPhone revenue was $50.57 billion in the first quarter of 2022. This is up from $47.9 billion in the first quarter of 2021, meaning only Apple's revenue increased year-over-year.
