This evening, Honor held a global new product launch conference at the MWC World Mobile Communications Conference in Barcelona, Spain. At the conference, the Honor Magic4 series officially debuted.
Honor CEO Zhao Ming introduced that the new generation of smart flagship Honor Magic4 series adopts Honor's iconic design "Eye of Muse", creatively placing the telephoto camera in the center, complementing each other with technology and art. It has five color schemes: porcelain blue, flowing gold, bright black, glazed white and burning orange.
The Honor Magic4 series is equipped with a 6.81-inch flexible LTPO OLED screen, supports 1 billion color display, 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut, peak brightness of up to 1000 nits, supports 1920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, Motion-Sync technology and MEMC function, and IP68 dust and water resistance certification, so you won’t be afraid of the storms of life.
It is worth mentioning that the LTPO display screen equipped with the Honor Magic 4 series is supplied by Visionox. It is also the first mobile phone to use a domestically produced LTPO screen. This 1224*2664 resolution screen has the industry's highest visual equivalent pixel density, Visionox's tripod pixel arrangement. The LTPO technology it carries can achieve a wide refresh rate range of 1~120Hz. In scenarios such as screen-off display and reading, it adaptively switches to a low-power refresh rate of 1Hz, and switches to 120Hz in scenarios such as videos and games.
In addition, the Honor Magic4 series also launched the 4K 60fps 10bit-log movie mode for the first time. Combined with the 10-bit recordable brightness range, the picture achieves smooth color transition and greatly improves clarity. In collaboration with a professional Hollywood imaging team, multiple movie-level 3D LUTs were carefully modulated to provide rich expression space for the mood of the tone. The newly upgraded "Record and Capture" function can freeze beautiful moments while recording.
