Nongshang Environment: A wholly-owned subsidiary plans to establish a joint venture company involving power management

On February 15, Nongshang Environment issued an announcement stating that in order to boost future operating performance, its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan Xinlian Microelectronics Co., Ltd. intends to jointly invest with Shenzhen Zhongzi Information Technology Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture company (hereinafter referred to as the "target company"), and use the joint venture company to jointly develop, produce and sell power management integrated circuit chips, power semiconductor modules and other electronic components.

The announcement shows that the target company is tentatively named Shenzhen Zhongzi Xinlian Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Among them, Wuhan Xinlian Microelectronics Co., Ltd. invested 6 million yuan, accounting for 60%. The target company's business scope: integrated circuit chip design and services; integrated circuit chip and product manufacturing; integrated circuit chip and product sales; semiconductor discrete device manufacturing; semiconductor discrete device sales; electronic components, microelectronic devices and other electronic products development, purchase and sale, etc.
