On the evening of October 7, North Huachuang released its third-quarter report, saying that the net profit in the first three quarters is expected to be approximately 595 million yuan to 709 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 82.3% to 117.21%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 595 million yuan to 709 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 82.30% to 117.21%.
Among them, North Huachuang achieved operating income of 2.156 billion yuan to 2.985 billion yuan in the third quarter, a year-on-year increase of 30% to 80%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 285 million yuan to 399 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 100% to 180%.
Regarding the reasons for the performance growth, North Huachuang stated that it was mainly due to the first three quarters benefiting from the downstream market demand, the semiconductor equipment and electronic components business achieved sustained growth, resulting in the company's operating income and net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies achieving year-on-year growth.
It is reported that as a leading domestic semiconductor equipment manufacturer, North Huachuang has the most complete equipment product line in the country and is also one of the core forces of domestic substitution.
At present, NAURA's production lines cover industries such as semiconductor equipment, vacuum equipment, lithium battery equipment and components. Among them, semiconductor equipment covers four major fields: IC, photovoltaic, LED and panel, including various types of equipment such as etching, PVD, CVD, oxidation, annealing, cleaning, ALD, transmission and curing, which is the most comprehensive semiconductor equipment product line in China; vacuum equipment mainly includes welding process equipment, crystal production equipment, heat treatment equipment, sintering equipment and magnetic material equipment; lithium battery equipment covers a full set of lithium battery manufacturing production line equipment; components are mainly special devices, including resistors, capacitors and other devices.
It is reported that the industry is booming, and the shipment value of semiconductor equipment maintained high growth in August. According to data from SEMI and the Japan Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Association, the shipment value of semiconductor equipment in North America in August 2021 was US$3.65 billion, a year-on-year increase of 37.60% and a month-on-month decrease of 5.40%; the shipment value of semiconductor equipment in Japan was 245.719 billion yen, a year-on-year increase of 30.42% and a month-on-month increase of 2.07%. Overall, the shipment value of semiconductor equipment in North America and Japan maintained a year-on-year growth rate of more than 30% in August. Driven by the high prosperity of the industry, wafer fabs have expanded capital expenditures, driving a surge in demand for upstream equipment.
