Tianyancha shows that on July 2, Luxshare Precision Intelligent Manufacturing (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of RMB 300 million. The legal representative is Hao Jie. The business scope includes display device manufacturing; industrial robot manufacturing; intelligent robot research and development; integrated circuit chip and product manufacturing, etc. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd.
In the first quarter of 2021, Luxshare Precision achieved revenue of 21.019 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 27.29%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 1.350 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 37.44%; non-net profit was 1.167 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 30.14%. The 2021 first half performance forecast shows that its net profit in the first half of the year is expected to be between 2.918 billion and 3.299 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15%-30%.
Earlier, the supply chain reported that Luxshare Precision will win the first order for new iPhone assembly this year, including high-end large-size models, with a total of tens of millions of units. The order scale will increase year by year, and it is expected to surpass Pegatron in 2023 and become the second largest iPhone assembly plant. Affected by this, Luxshare Precision's stock price once rose by more than 9% in the afternoon trading that day. As of the closing price on June 25, it was quoted at 47.01 yuan per share, an increase of 2.55%.
According to the latest report from Tianfeng International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple has the best growth visibility among smartphone brands from 2021 to 2023. Kuo estimates that iPhone shipments this year and next year will be 230 million to 240 million units and 250 million to 260 million units, respectively, and new iPhone shipments in the second half of this year will be 83 million to 88 million units.
Guo Mingchi said that the main growth momentum of the new iPhone in the second half of this year will come from two parts. One is the specification upgrade, and the other is that due to the US ban on Huawei, Apple's market share in the high-end market will increase. It is estimated that Apple's new phone shipments this year will be higher than 75 million units in the same period last year.
