Telling Holdings: Cooperated with Huawei to develop business in 19 countries including Dubai

In 2019, it established a branch in Hong Kong, with Hong Kong as the distribution center, and built an overseas warehouse in Nigeria. It has formed a Middle East and Africa distribution center with Dubai as the distribution center, and a Central American distribution center with Panama as the distribution center. It is currently entering Europe and establishing a branch in Spain, but due to the impact of the epidemic, it may be delayed by two to three months.

According to the latest performance forecast released by the company, it is expected to achieve a net profit of 70 million to 80 million yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 452.49%-531.41%. 5.54%~29.87%, but affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, the company's overall operating costs have increased. During the reporting period, the company's non-recurring gains and losses were approximately 186 million yuan, mainly due to the transfer of 95% of the equity of Ganzhou Changjiang Industrial Co., Ltd. and 95% of the equity of Jiangxi Zhanggong Liquor Co., Ltd.

It is understood that the company's subsidiary Shanghai Nengliang is working closely with Pinduoduo, providing Pinduoduo with branded mobile phones while operating a number of 3C digital stores on its behalf.

According to Tianyin Holdings, Shanghai Nengliang's online business is mainly divided into two parts. One business is to open stores on the platform, that is, to open stores on the three major platforms of JD.com, Tmall, and Pinduoduo. The other business is to open a platform in the store, that is, to help offline retailers conduct online business and help customers conduct secondary marketing online.

Tianyin Holdings said that Shanghai Nengliang has currently integrated multiple e-commerce platforms including Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, Suning.com, and Amazon (International), providing customers with mobile phones and 3C digital products as the main products, covering small household appliances, personal care, mother and baby, smart wearables and other categories.
