In July, the "Bluexun" G1 series BT889X has successfully passed the debugging and verification, and its performance indicators have been highly recognized by customers. Analysis of the characteristics of Zhongke Bluexun's "Bluexun Xunlong" G1 series high-end audio chips
First, ultra-low power consumption. The powerful chip core uses the self-developed RISC-V processor and supports the DSP instruction set to ensure low power consumption and super computing power. The chip power consumption is 7mA in active noise reduction mode and as low as 2uA when turned off. The chip supports analog silicon MIC input. When single-feed noise reduction ANC is working, the chip power consumption only increases by 0.8mA. When hybrid noise reduction dual-microphone ANC is working, the chip power consumption only increases by 1.3mA.
Second, it integrates digital active noise reduction ANC function and dual MIC noise reduction ENC function for calls. It supports three modes: feedforward FF, feedback FB, and hybrid noise reduction. It can provide 30dB noise reduction depth, up to 40dB. BT8892A has built-in three-way MIC signal amplifier and high-performance Delta-Sigma ADC. It provides customers with flexible and changeable noise reduction structure options.
Provide mature ANC development and debugging tools. ANC development board and ANC host computer online real-time debugging tools facilitate customers to evaluate the entire product acoustic cavity and solution in the early stage of the product.
In terms of ANC production testing, Hangzhou Zhaohua Electronics and MegaXin have cooperated deeply to provide simple and fast mass production tools.
Third, ultra-low gaming latency. The latency is configurable as low as 100ms. This performance improvement is due to our newly-architected Bluetooth 5.0 protocol stack and new Bluetooth communication algorithm.
Fourth, high-definition music and calls. With the support of the powerful RISC-V core, the standard audio decoding format of our entire series is AAC; the call decoding format is mSBC with a 16K sampling rate, which highly restores the human voice.
Fifth, low noise design. The signal-to-noise ratio of the audio CODEC is as high as 98dB; through the iteration of 5 generations of Bluetooth chips, our anti-interference ability has been strengthened, eliminating RF radiation noise.
Sixth, super user experience. It has dual-channel audio playback and calls, proprietary STS (Smart Transfer Sharing) transmission technology, master-slave autonomous switching function, fast connection, and connection speed less than 100ms.
TWS earphones work with smart APP to provide users with OTA upgrades, ANC noise reduction depth adjustment, button function customization, fast pairing, local playback and other functions.
Seventh, it supports smart charging warehouses. The 5V power supply supports single-line data communication and monitors the energy storage status of the charging warehouse in real time.
Eighth, highly integrated. It has a built-in complete power management system, built-in lithium battery charging, BUCK step-down circuit, soft switch circuit, reset and wake-up circuit system, built-in 4-way touch circuit, and supports touch and in-ear detection.
Ninth, ultra-small package and full-function support. The package is QFN32 4*4 and QFN20 3*3, supporting in-ear detection/touch/knock/press/heart rate sensor and other interfaces to achieve product diversification. Because this is dual-mode Bluetooth 5.0 and supports BLE, it can communicate with the mobile phone in real time and exchange data.
Tenth, convenient production and maintenance. Support online upgrade and over-the-air upgrade OTA, support dual backup programs.
