All Note series after Galaxy Note 5 are equipped with curved screens, and the same is true for the S series after S6. However, Samsung's enthusiasm for curved screens has plummeted in recent years. Not only has the curvature of the curved screen become more gentle (actually more similar to a 2.75D screen), but the curved screen design has even been cancelled on the Galaxy S10e and S10 Lite.
As for the reason, it is most likely that the curved screen will cause serious accidental touch problems, which is also common in other domestic curved screen/waterfall screen flagships. Traditional straight screens do not have this problem.
Of course, the higher-end Galaxy Note20+ and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra models should still be equipped with a curved screen design.
Samsung is expected to officially release the Note 20 series on August 5 this year. In addition, the Galaxy Fold 2 will also be launched at this conference. Together with the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, there will be three flagships at this conference. Let us wait and see.
