The adaptive pulse code modulation method changes the digital quantity according to the conversion rate of the voice analog signal, that is, in the pulse code modulation method, the quantization amplitude is changed accordingly. Generally speaking, the sound quality of the synthesized voice by the adaptive pulse code modulation method is better than that of the digital pulse code modulation method. This voice synthesis method mainly uses an external memory to form a long-term voice broadcast system or other product voice interface. HT82013 has a 20-level binary counter and 3-select output voice synthesis circuit. It uses a 24-pin dual in-line plastic package. The power supply voltage is 3.5V~5V, the working current is 2.8mA, and the static current is 5μA. HT82013 is a voice synthesis circuit for external EPROM, which can be connected to 3 X 8MB EPROM. The maximum voice length can reach 1368 seconds.
