Basic features:
① The ISD1000A series of language recording and playback circuits are divided into three types according to the recording and playback storage time and sampling rate: ISD1012A (12s,
10.6 kbps), ISD1016A (16s, 8.0 kbps), and ISD1020A (20s, 6.4 kbps). ②
The ISD1000 series language circuit is essentially an analog data acquisition system. It adopts DTAS (direct analog storage) technology. The recorded and played information can be directly recorded in the EEPROM inside the chip, so it can better retain the effective components in the language analog quantity, reduce sound quality distortion, improve the recording and playback quality, and obtain a natural and realistic sound restoration effect.
③ Because there is an electrically modifiable EEPROM in the chip, it can be recorded and played at any time, and can be rewritten or deleted at will, without the need for a dedicated language solidification development system for programming and burning. The number of repeated recordings is more than 10,000 times, and the recorded and played information can be saved for more than 10 years, and the
information will not be lost after power failure.
④ It has the ability to store up to 160 information segments.
⑤ It adopts two packages: dual in-line 28-pin and quad in-line 28-pin, and
is powered by
a single 5V
power supply
.
