Discharge process
The power battery discharge process needs to go through two stages: pre-charging and discharging. The pre-charging and discharging process also needs to be pre-charged. At this time, the power battery charges the capacitors in each high-voltage component; after the BMS system has passed the voltage, temperature and busbar insulation test of the internal cells of the power battery, the power battery controller will connect the pre-charging relay. At this time, the on-board power battery charges all capacitors of the external load. When the difference between the charging voltage and the power battery voltage is less than a certain ratio, the pre-charging ends. The discharge system controls the positive relay to close and power on the external load. After the positive relay is closed for 10ms, the pre-charging relay is disconnected, and the instrument displays OK or Ready. The power-on ends, the power battery outputs electrical energy to the outside, and begins to discharge. During discharge, the internal circuit of the power battery discharge is: power battery pack → positive relay → high-voltage control box → negative relay → power battery pack.
