In the cloud application of construction machinery, many engineers use 4G industrial gateways to upload various data of construction machines to the cloud. However, 4G industrial gateways are not special components for construction machines and rarely support CAN bus protocols. In this case, the CAN data of the construction machine system cannot be smoothly connected to the cloud. If you want to arrange staff to develop it yourself, it will consume a lot of manpower, financial resources and energy, which will seriously lengthen the product development cycle.
In order to solve the above problems, ZLG Zhiyuan Electronics recommends that you use the PXB-6020 CAN to Modbus protocol converter. It does not require a complicated development process. You only need to connect the device and perform simple debugging through the host computer software to easily convert the CAN data of the vehicle system into Modbus, meeting the needs of the vehicle system data access gateway to the cloud.

PXB-6020 is a Modbus and CAN FD protocol converter launched by Guangzhou Zhiyuan Electronics Co., Ltd. The PXB-6020 device has one RS485 interface, one CAN FD interface and one standard 10/100M Ethernet interface. Modbus can support two protocols, RTU and TCP, and can be configured as Master or Slave. The CAN FD baud rate can support up to 5Mbps. The PXB-6020 device has flexible configuration functions, which can easily realize seamless conversion between Modbus protocol data and CAN FD data.
