When the meat grinder is working, the raw meat passes through the rotating blade on the orifice plate, and the raw material is continuously discharged from the machine under the effect of the screw extrusion force. According to different material functions and processing requirements, corresponding knives and orifices can be equipped, and particles of different sizes can be processed to meet the process requirements of the next process; therefore, the Hall element plays a major role in the rotation speed measurement in the meat grinder.
When using Hall elements to measure motor speed, the Hall element is usually fixed to the rotating part of the motor and a magnet with excellent magnetic conductivity is installed. During the rotation process, each time the magnet approaches the Hall element, the Hall element thinks that the motor rotates once, thereby calculating the motor speed. When the Hall element approaches a magnetic object, the magnetic field inside the Hall element changes. Due to the Hall effect, different Hall electromotive forces are generated, and then it is judged whether the magnetic object is approaching.
AH462 is a low-power, high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall switch chip designed and produced using CMOS technology. The chip device integrates a voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, a small signal amplifier, a chopper regulator, a Schmitt trigger and a CMOS output driver.
Application characteristics of Hall switch AH462 in meat grinder:
1. AH462 is suitable for micro-power battery-powered applications, and the ESD performance can reach: ±6kV.
2. AH462 has the characteristics of good temperature stability, strong stress resistance and high sensitivity, and the operating voltage is 2.5V-5.5V.
3. AH462 provides TO-92S direct-insert package and SOT23-3L package, and the packages are in compliance with RoHS environmental protection standards. Its performance can perfectly replace HAL248 and other brands.
Hall switch AH462 applications: solid-state switches, reminder switches for cordless phones, flip phone screen saver switches, notebook computers, low duty cycle magnetic sensor switches to replace reeds, liquid level gauges, proximity switches, etc.
