IU5208E is a 3-cell lithium battery boost charging chip that supports 20W fast charging. IU5208E integrates power MOS and adopts asynchronous switch architecture, which requires only a few peripheral devices when applied, effectively reducing the overall solution size and BOM cost. The operating frequency of the IU5208E boost switch charging converter is 500KHz.
IU5208E has four built-in loops to control the charging process: constant current
(CC) loop, constant voltage (CV) loop, chip temperature regulation loop, can intelligently adjust the charging current to prevent the adapter output from being pulled down, and match the input adaptive loop of all adapters.
IU5208E integrates 30V OVP function, the input port can stably and reliably withstand voltage shock within 30V, and stop charging when the input exceeds 8.7V, which is very suitable for TYPE-C interface applications. At the same time, the chip BAT output port withstands 30V, which greatly improves the reliability of the system.
The IU5208E is available in a compact EQA16 package and is rated for operation in the -40°C to 85°C temperature range.

IU5207E is mainly used for 2 lithium batteries in series, each with a capacity of 2500~5000mAH
