FP6276 is a current mode synchronous step-up DC-DC converter with pwm/psm control. Its pwm circuit, built-in 55mΩ high-side switch and 55mΩ low-side switch make the regulator highly energy-efficient. The internal compensation network also minimizes the number of external components by up to 6. The non-inverting input of the error amplifier is connected to a 0.6v precision reference voltage and the internal soft-start function reduces the inrush current.
FP6276 is produced by Taiwan Yuanxiang Technology and is mainly a direct replacement for G5177C.
Input voltage: 2.4V to 4.5V
Output voltage: 5.3V maximum
Output current: 2.1A or less.
If the output current needs to be 2.4A, you can look at FP6276B, which has a lower internal resistance of the built-in MOS. The pin positions are different.
If the output current needs to be 3.0A, you can look at FP6277. The pinout is basically the same, except that pin 7 is changed to a current limiting pin.
If the output current needs to be 1A or less, you can look at PS7516.
