Now it has appeared around us very frequently, mainly because permanent magnet variable frequency motors are energy-saving motors, and energy saving is also a concept that our country has always advocated. Since it is energy-saving, why is it said that permanent magnet variable frequency motors are so energy-saving? Today we will talk about the reasons for its energy saving.
The energy-saving reasons of permanent magnet variable frequency motors are mainly as follows:
1. Stable air pressure: Since the permanent magnet variable frequency motor utilizes the stepless speed regulation characteristics of the inverter, the pressure can be quickly adjusted and controlled through the controller or the PID regulator inside the inverter. Compared with the upper and lower limit switch control of the power frequency operation, the air pressure stability is exponentially improved;
2. No shock at start-up: Since the inverter itself is a soft start device, the starting current is controlled within the rated current. Compared with the power frequency starting current which is 3-7 times the rated current, the starting shock is very small. This shock greatly reduces the impact on the power grid and the entire mechanical system;
3. Low noise and small wear: Since the operating frequency of the permanent magnet variable frequency motor is lower than the power frequency during stable operation, the mechanical noise is reduced and the mechanical wear is small.
