In S7-1200PLC, MOVE instruction is often used to assign values to memory or copy data from one memory to another memory.
When this instruction performs data conversion, the source operand at the IN end is copied to the destination operand address of the OUT output. After the instruction is executed, the source operand remains unchanged;
by clicking the Add Pin button output pin below the instruction, a source operand can be copied to multiple destination operand addresses.
The operands of the Move Value instruction can support basic data types, complex data types and PLC user types.
Notice:
1. When using complex data types, it is necessary to ensure that the source operand and the target operand have the same format. If you need to copy the data of one array to another array, it is necessary to ensure that the number of elements and the data type of each element of the two arrays must be the same;
2. The MOVE instruction in the S7-200 series and S7-200SMART does not have the multi-output pin function;
