The electric ceramic stove is an electric stove that directly converts electrical energy into heat energy. It uses the principle of far-infrared heating and has no high-frequency radiation. There are many kinds of internal heating wires, such as nickel-chromium alloy, carbon fiber, etc. The electric ceramic stove can reach a core temperature of more than 300°C within 5 seconds, which is very convenient for daily use.
When an engineer from Guoxin Sichen was designing a solution for electric ceramic stoves, he used the TM52F1363 as the main control chip. The chip has a built-in LCD driver, which does not require additional display driver circuit overhead, and a built-in 19-channel 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), making it an ideal choice for home electric ceramic stove main control.

TM52F1363 is a new, fast 8051 architecture, 8-bit MCU fully compatible with the industry standard 8051 instruction set, and maintains the 8051 peripheral functional modules. Typically, TM52 executes instructions six times faster than the traditional 8051 architecture. The chip integrates multiple functions on the chip to provide higher performance and lower cost, meeting the design requirements of low power consumption and low cost for consumer electronics.
TM52F1363 integrates 8K bytes of Flash program memory, 128 bytes of EEPROM, 512 bytes of SRAM, low voltage reset, low voltage detection, dual clock power saving mode, 8051 standard UART and timer Timer0/Timer1/Timer2, real-time timer Timer3, 7 groups of 16-bit pulse width modulators, 19 channels of 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), I2C interface and watchdog timer (WDT). Its high reliability and low power consumption are fully suitable for electric ceramic furnace solutions.
