Basic concepts of smart electric vehicles

Smart cars can be understood as "autonomous driving" + "Internet of Vehicles" Smart electric vehicles: Smart driving and electric vehicles have a natural correlation. The concept of smart cars actually emerged along with new energy vehicles (especially electric cars). New energy vehicles represented by Tesla have redefined the concept of cars.
