The wireless communication system has experienced a spiral development from digital (telegraph) to analog (1G) to digital (2G and later), and the RF transceiver has also experienced the process of digital-analog-digital. Among them, the Dixin Fengxing GC0802 is a member of digital communication.
In the Internet of Vehicles, one of the most important technologies is the vehicle-mounted wireless communication technology. V2X Internet of Vehicles is the information connection between the car and the outside world, and is a communication technology specially designed for the Internet of Vehicles. In order to meet the requirements of vehicle regulations, the V2X Internet of Vehicles RF front-end chip needs to ensure performance and reliability. The Dixin Fengxing GC0802 RF transceiver chip can be widely used in almost all modern digital wireless communication systems. The characteristics of high integration, small package, low power consumption, ultra-wideband and ultra-wideband make it particularly suitable for systems with special requirements for size, power consumption, etc.
Dixin Fengxing GC0802 is a high-performance, highly integrated ultra-wideband SDR transceiver chip developed by Dixin Technology. As shown in the figure below, Dixin Fengxing GC0802 can support a frequency range of 200MHz to 5GHz, and the configurable RF bandwidth can support a range of less than 12KHz to 100MHz. The RF bandwidth of 100MHz indicates that Dixin Fengxing GC0802 has broken through the bottleneck of domestic 5G RF transceiver chips and officially entered the 5G category. In terms of power consumption, it performs even better. In LTE 20M 1T1R FDD mode, the overall power consumption is as low as about 500mW, which saves about 30% of the power consumption of international leading competitors.
1. Ultra-wideband and ultra-broadband
GC0802 supports 4G/5G and other communication standards, supports a channel bandwidth range of 12kHz to 100MHz, can operate at an ultra-wideband frequency of 30MHz-6.0GHz, covering most communication frequency bands, and has ultra-wideband and ultra-broadband characteristics.
2. High integration
In terms of chip design, it integrates dual transmit and dual receive channels, integrated 12-bit high-speed and high-precision ADC/DAC, integrated all VCO and loop filter devices, integrated wideband, low phase noise PLL and fractional-N frequency synthesizer.
3. Reconfigurable and Configurable
In addition, GC0802 is equipped with a reconfigurable, high dynamic range ADC; supports TDD and FDD; has dual-channel RX, 6 differential or 12 single-ended inputs; RX gain maximum adjustment range: 102dB (52dB analog/50d digital); TX power maximum adjustment range: 98dB (48dB analog/50dB digital), and multiple devices can be configured synchronously.
