In water supply equipment, when the water tank supplies water to the outside, the water pressure may be unstable and fluctuate. In response to this situation, we can perform constant liquid level control on the water tank and build a constant pressure water supply control system. Here is a common example:
When the water level of the water tank is set to 150mm, no matter how much water is discharged from the water tank, the water level of the water tank can be kept at 150mm by adjusting the water inlet. Since the liquid level is proportional to the pressure at the bottom of the water tank, a remote pressure gauge can be used to detect the pressure at the bottom of the water tank to determine the liquid level, and the PID algorithm can be used to automatically adjust the water level. The water level analog signal detected by the remote pressure gauge is sent to the inverter, which performs PID calculation on the deviation between the given value and the actual detection value, and adjusts the speed of the water pump motor through the calculation output result, thereby adjusting the water inlet.
