As a type of CNC machine tool, glass engraving machine is used for fine processing of ultra-thin glass. A machinery enterprise in Dongguan City requires products with high protection level, high precision, fast response and other characteristics, and improves production efficiency and service life.
INVT Solution 03
Therefore, INVT developed a dedicated servo solution for the DA200 glass engraving machine for customers. The solution is based on the EtherCAT bus-based DA200 series high-performance servo system, and improves the protection level to enhance reliability and ultimately meet customer needs.

1. Using EtherCAT bus control mode: the minimum bus cycle can reach 250μs.
2. High speed response frequency: The speed response is up to 2kHz.
3. High-precision positioning: Equipped with 23-bit high-resolution encoder, the resolution is up to 8,388,608.
4. High rigidity: Under the condition of notch filter function, the rigidity of servo can be set to more than 20.
