What does a machinery safety system require?
DEMO1
When the machine is in an emergency or malfunctions, personnel can immediately press the emergency stop button. After receiving the signal, the safety relay will issue a stop command and interlock and interrupt the relevant controllers and machine actions to ensure the safety of personnel operation.
DEMO2
In the safety door system of a machine or production line, if you want to enter the door to maintain the equipment, you need to press the stop button, the safety relay will disconnect the circuit, pull the operating lever and slide the door handle to open the door; to prevent the emergency stop button from being reset by others or the safety door from being accidentally closed during the operation, you can also install a lock and padlock it; the door can also be opened with one click through the release button on the inside of the guardrail, which is both safe and secure.

When the emergency stop button is pressed, the safety relay will immediately receive a signal and disconnect the relevant control circuit. Regardless of whether the control circuit is short-circuited or open-circuited, or the operator changes the settings during execution, the safety relay will output corresponding information and make it visible through the touch screen.

When a person encounters a dangerous accident, his hands will loosen or clench according to the stress response, and both reactions will cause the switch to disconnect, thereby stopping the machine to ensure personal safety. In addition, through the handheld programmable display, maintenance personnel can also connect to the controller through a debugging cable and view status information by modifying the debugging program.
