When our customer service lady asks him about simple usage requirements, he usually cannot accurately tell the answer. Why do we talk about voltage ratio? Voltage ratio is simply the input and output of the transformer. Whether you need to step up or down, you need to know the voltage ratio parameter. In different usage scenarios and equipment, there are different requirements for the input and output voltage of the transformer. Usually, a single input and single output is enough for personal home use, but some factories or equipment may require multiple inputs and outputs, such as mining equipment, large medical equipment, communication equipment, etc. Therefore, when we buy transformers in our daily life, we must clearly inform the required voltage ratio.


Some customers don't understand why they have to ask how much power the transformer needs when buying a transformer. In fact, the power parameter is included in the parameters of many of our electrical appliances. If you really don't know how much power the transformer you need to buy, you can calculate it by checking the power of your electrical equipment. If the power of the transformer does not match the actual power you use, it will cause the transformer to be overloaded. If the transformer is not designed with an overload protection function, it will easily burn out. In severe cases, it will cause the electrical appliances to burn out, so the power of the transformer must be clearly understood.


Finally, the size of the transformer. In fact, for some customers who do not have special requirements, the above two parameters are not so important. As long as there is enough space, the size of the general transformer can meet the requirements. However, if the reserved space is insufficient or narrow, specific size parameters are required. At present, the R-type transformer is the smallest electronic transformer on the market, which is 1/20 smaller than the same transformer.
