The PID controller adjusts the deviation of the entire system according to the PID control principle, so that the actual value and the numerical value required by the process can be kept consistent. Simply put, the controller collects data and compares it with the reference value, and then the deviation is used to calculate the new input value. The purpose of this new input value is to keep the system data at the reference value. It is not that the actual value is equal to the reference value, but it is kept near the reference value. This balance can only be said to be a dynamic balance.
To provide data collection for the PID controller, an analog instrument, namely a pressure transmitter, must be used. The pressure transmitter plays the role of detection and transmission in the closed-loop regulation system. Detect the pressure, and then convert the detected pressure into a current signal to the frequency converter. Then the frequency converter directly receives the analog signal from the transmitter for PID control. Once the pressure changes, the output frequency of the frequency converter also changes, thereby changing the speed of the motor, thus achieving the goal of stabilizing the pressure.
In general, the constant pressure control method of the water pump outlet is adopted, and the pressure transmitter is installed at the water pump outlet. This can well reflect the real-time changes in water pressure and make the control effect of the closed-loop regulation system better.

Therefore, when choosing a frequency converter for this type of water pump, you must choose it according to the rated flow rate of the motor it uses, and you cannot just match it according to its power.
2. When installing the submersible pump inverter, pay attention to the installation environment. If the environment is relatively humid, moisture-proof measures must be taken.
3. Usually, submersible pumps are placed at a depth of about 100 meters, which is a certain distance from the inverter. Therefore, when using the inverter, pay attention to the thickness of the cable diameter. If the diameter is too thin, it is easy to accelerate the speed of line loss.
4. The submersible pump using the inverter must be regularly inspected and maintained to see if there are any aging, leakage, etc. For occasions where power cannot be cut off, emergency measures must be taken before maintenance and cleaning.
