(1) When using the high-speed counter function to collect data, as long as the maximum operating frequency of the high-speed counter is ensured to be higher than the pulse frequency, pulses will not be lost.

(2) When using timer interrupts and pulse acquisition subroutines to collect data, pulses will not be lost as long as the acquisition time interval is less than the inverse of the pulse frequency.

(3) For permanent external interrupts (inputs with interrupt functions) and pulse acquisition subroutines, it is also necessary to ensure that the interrupt response speed is fast enough to avoid missing pulses.

(4) If the pulse frequency is not high, such as less than 20 times/s, it is not a big problem to directly collect data at general input points.
