It is reported that the production start ceremony of Hunan Chutian Huaxing Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. and the launching ceremony of Ningxiang Gree's high-end CNC machine tool intelligent manufacturing demonstration line were held recently.
This time, Chutian and Gree can be said to be a strong combination! Chutian Huaxing Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has made great achievements in the fields of medical equipment, electronics and intelligent equipment, and is proficient in everything from design and development to production and after-sales. Coupled with the high-end CNC intelligent machine tools provided by Gree Intelligent Equipment, it is simply a tiger with wings. The two parties will jointly upgrade the production line to automation on the original basis, complete the intelligent manufacturing transformation task, and strive to build a high-end intelligent manufacturing factory.
Dong Mingzhu said that they will start with front-end manufacturing equipment such as CNC machine tools, industrial equipment, and molds to solve the fundamental problem of insufficient localization momentum. Gree's greater development hope is not only to be able to make products for consumers, but more importantly to contribute to some industrial enterprises.
Finally, the ceremony also showcased Gree Electric's intelligent equipment demonstration base, which will carry out long-term development cooperation with the Ningxiang Gree high-end CNC machine tool intelligent manufacturing demonstration line project launched on site.
As early as the end of 2012, Gree decided to enter the field of high-end equipment and began to develop industrial robots. In 2013, the first intelligent equipment product, the five-axis servo manipulator GM1400, was developed. In the same year, the industrial robot GR8A/1.4 and the first AGV robot were developed. In August 2015, Gree's Zhuhai Nanshui Robot Industrial Park was officially put into production, Gree industrial robots began mass production, and a related research institute was established. In 2016, Gree's intelligent equipment realized the automated stereoscopic warehouse project, realizing the automated operation and information management of palletizing, stacking, and transportation, solving problems such as inventory backlogs and slow storage and retrieval efficiency for enterprises, improving the utilization rate of warehouse space for enterprises, and making inventory management easier and more intelligent.

Let's take industrial robots as an example to look at Gree's high-end equipment development. In the factory, Gree's industrial robots are good at helping intelligent production, and can replace manual work to complete welding, assembly, screening, arrangement, stacking, sorting and other tasks. They are not only compact in structure, large in working radius, and high in joint speed, but also have high repeat positioning accuracy and trajectory tracking accuracy. They are used in different work scenarios and fields, effectively reducing production costs and improving production efficiency. Intelligent and efficient production is their job.
Today, Gree has nearly 1,000 automation products, covering more than 10 categories such as industrial robots, service robots, CNC machine tools, customized automation equipment, and large-scale automation lines, serving industries such as home appliances, 3C, molds, automobiles, electronics, and new energy. At the same time, Gree Intelligent Equipment has devoted itself to the research and development of three key core components of industrial robots with independent intellectual property rights.
Gree will continue to independently develop industrial robots, deepen its presence in the fields of automation and intelligent equipment, and continue to expand the scale of "unmanned factories". Dong Mingzhu once said that we will continue to expand, and several production bases will have to make large investments. For example, in Zhuhai Gaolan Port, a new fully intelligent factory will be built on an area of about 2,500 to 3,000 acres, which will truly be completely unmanned. We are also selecting multiple provinces and will increase investment.
