According to foreign media reports, Tesla owners will soon be able to enjoy a new feature called "Nap Mode", which will be pushed to car owners through the car software OTA update in the near future.
In addition, this function can set the alarm with one click and provide wake-up service. It will also automatically set the air conditioning system in the car to provide the owner with a good rest environment in the car.
The "nap mode" function may be very important for car owners who are on long-distance trips, because in many cases, car owners just want to take a short break during a long-distance drive, not really want to sleep.
Resting in the car can just meet the needs of the car owner, and there is no need to bear additional rest costs. Therefore, it is foreseeable that the "nap mode" function will be quite welcome by the car owner.
In addition, the "Nap Mode" function is somewhat similar to the "Camp Mode" recently launched by Tesla.
"Camping mode" was first introduced in Tesla's 2019.40.50 software update. In this mode, Tesla's on-board power battery can provide power for the air conditioning, lighting, audio and video and even electrical equipment in the car to meet the owner's various power needs.
At the same time, it can automatically manage the vehicle's battery energy, minimize power consumption while meeting usage conditions, and automatically avoid battery depletion.
In addition to the "Nap Mode", Musk also confirmed that Tesla owners will soon be able to use the currently popular streaming service Disney+, through which they will be able to watch Disney movies, Pixar movies, etc. This is also a reflection of Tesla's continuous increase in resource construction in the in-car entertainment system.
It has to be said that Tesla is ahead of all other car companies in terms of innovation and continuous improvement of the car owner's driving environment. In the past, traditional vehicles did not seem to change much from the time they were purchased to the time they were scrapped.
But Tesla models are completely different. Previous updates to the car system, in addition to adding new functional applications to the car system, can also increase the vehicle's power and endurance, as if the vehicle also has life.

Soros bought Tesla shares when it was on the verge of bankruptcy two years ago
At the end of 2019, Tesla (TSLA.US) broke through the $400 mark. Looking back at the beginning of 2018, under the influence of a series of negative factors, the market thought that Tesla was about to go bankrupt. It was also at that time that Soros's fund began to build a position in Tesla and bought all the way to the top 5 holdings.
The first time Soros Fund built a position in Tesla was at the end of 2018. At that time, Tesla was "disliked by everyone", and Wall Street fund managers did not want to step on it. At that time, insufficient production capacity, financing to survive, senior executives leaving, and recalls became negative information about Tesla, making Tesla's prospects confusing.
On March 27, 2018, credit rating agency Moody's downgraded Tesla's corporate rating from B2 to B3, 6 levels below "investment grade", and the rating of Tesla's $1.8 billion senior unsecured bonds issued in August 2017 became "junk grade". On Twitter (TWTR.US), someone even set up an account specifically to criticize Tesla, "TSLA Q" (Did Tesla delist today?), and all delisted stocks in the United States will have a letter Q added to the end, just like the "withdrawal" is added to the end of A-share delisted stocks.
Moody's downgraded Tesla's credit rating, and the stock price plummeted. At the same time, the convertible bond fell below the par value of 100. However, the old fox smelled the opportunity and quickly bought 34.97 million US dollars of convertible bonds, and the trading volume increased immediately. This number does not seem large, but it already accounts for 4.4% of the total issuance. Therefore, the convertible bond price rebounded sharply in the next few days and returned to above the par value.
At that time, Soros's move did not prove that he was firmly optimistic about Tesla. If he was optimistic, he could just buy the underlying stock directly. The fact that he did not buy the underlying stock but bought convertible bonds itself showed that he did not want to bear the risk of the underlying stock. Moreover, the convertible bonds he bought also expired in March 2019, which means that he was only willing to bear short-term risks of less than one year.
After the expiration in March 2019, Tesla's stock price fell below $200 again in May. Amid the pessimistic market, Soros continued to purchase $37.5 million of Tesla's convertible bonds due in 2021. In the Q3 holdings report released at the end of 2019, Soros again significantly increased his holdings and was even more generous, with the increased market value reaching $97.86 million, accounting for 2.71% of the fund's U.S. stock assets, ranking fifth.
If it was just a tentative position building at the beginning of 2018, then buying the top 5 U.S. stock assets at the end of 2019 shows that he is really optimistic! Tesla did not disappoint Soros's expectations. As of December 31, Tesla's convertible bonds due in 2021 were quoted at $127, and Soros built positions several times at around the par value of $100.
Regarding Soros' investment style, he once said in an interview that he never had a fixed strategy, but he had been constantly looking for changes in the rules of the market game. Only when the rules changed would asset prices change significantly, and it was also the best time to obtain excess profits.
