Specifically, the energy of Juguan Technology's high peak power solid-state laser radar light source product is 1.5mJ, the wavelength is 1064nm, the FOV is 125°×25°, the operating temperature range is: -40℃-85℃, and the packaging adopts ceramic airtight packaging + sapphire optical window.
The unique advantages of megawatt-class solid-state laser light sources include: megawatt-class high-peak power laser pulses, which enable flash imaging with each pulse generating tens of thousands of pixels and ultra-high resolution; no blurring and delay caused by movement; the maximum irradiation allowed by the human eye at 1064nm is 6 times that of 905nm; high-quality original beam, easily converted to different FOVs; no moving parts, pure solid-state; continuous pixel array; no nanosecond power supply is required, and ns-level pulse output can be achieved with a power supply of hundreds of microseconds, and the packaging parasitic requirements are reduced.
In terms of application scenarios, this light source solution can achieve different energy densities through different FOVs, and can realize close-range and long-range detection. The large FOV design (125°×25°) is very suitable for medium and low-speed autonomous driving scenarios in specific areas. This scenario is considered to be the closest to commercialization.
