However, this time the local government has become the father of investment in water hydrogen cars, giving Youngman Automobile, which "has no money, no technology, and no market", both money and market. Although the Nanyang High-tech Zone responded that there is no problem with the 4 billion yuan investment, according to Pang Qingnian, there is indeed government investment, but the 4 billion has not yet arrived.
Since the government has supported the project, the Nanyang High-tech Zone government is naturally involved in the whole process of the project. The investment promotion was launched last year. The government provided land. According to the convention, there will be tax incentives and loans in the future. In addition, subsidies for new energy have basically solved the cost problem of Youngman Automobile. Such an industrial project strongly supported by the government naturally requires government orders. The two sides complement each other, forming a closed transaction loop. The sales of hydrogen energy vehicles of enterprises are guaranteed, and the development achievements of the government are also stable.
Whether it is a long-term concern or a short-term worry, land finance is unsustainable, and the anxiety about political performance is increasing day by day. A problematic company with a long history of bad deeds can still find a new place to stand after a makeover. The economic transformation has a long way to go. In the most difficult times, the most taboo is reckless investment and irresponsible and hypocritical political performance.
In the context of economic globalization, the depth and penetration of science and technology are not the fantasy of one person or the closed-door development of one company. A truly mature scientific and technological application and technological innovation requires repeated deduction of scientific principles and the support of a complete industrial chain. Technological innovation is not a low-level and cheap street trick, but a noble and luxurious dividend of the times. Therefore, there are few opportunistic tricks to overtake on the curve in the world, but more perseverance and persistence on the straight road.
