Product Description:
Nanjing Jiangzhi's main products are automotive-grade MOS and SIC MOS. Automotive-grade MOS has been used in batches in domestic first-tier vehicle manufacturers and TIER1 companies. It is a professional supplier of automotive-grade MOS. SGT MOS adopts advanced deep trench split gate process technology and charge balance principle. The process design adopts the company's three patented technologies (SGT MOS with integrated ESD clamping diode, SGT MOS with integrated SBR, and SGT MOS with Super Junction at the bottom) for design and tape-out, so that SGT MOS not only has the advantages of conventional SGT MOS, but also can greatly enhance anti-static ability, improve the rapid recovery time of the body diode, and have stronger surge resistance, so it also has higher reliability.
Unique advantages:
15 R&D personnel have worked in Vishay, Fairchild, Infineon and other companies; 10 technical support personnel (FAE & AE) have worked in various industries (power supply, mobile phone, automobile, etc.) as R&D and technical application positions. The newly developed TOLL/STOLL packaged MOS is used in automobile fans, EPS/EPB/EBS, etc., and its performance and shipment volume are better than other similar products.
Application scenarios:
Headlight drive module; wiper module; window lift, seat control module; on-board battery charger OBC, DCDC module; on-board wireless charging module; steering system, braking system, electronic parking, pumps, fans, etc.
Future prospects:
At present, the medium and low voltage MOS in automobiles have been gradually penetrated by domestic products. Jiangzhi's automotive-grade MOS below 200V has been used in batches, especially the 40V/60V series automotive-grade MOS has been used by domestic car companies such as BYD, Chery, Geely, Weilai, Xiaopeng, and Ideal. For the 48V system of the whole vehicle, we have made early arrangements and developed 100V, 120V, and 150V series automotive-grade MOS. In the future, we will successively provide 1200V and 1700V silicon carbide series MOS. With the progress of domestic automobiles and the further increase in production and sales, it provides us, semiconductor device manufacturers, with a broader prospect.
