The new product launched this time has the characteristics of light weight, small size, high power, high efficiency, low hydrogen consumption, and quick response. Its three-layer structure of FCPC, stack, and BOP can achieve a high degree of system integration, and key components can be easily It has been fully verified that the system has high reliability, long service life, and excellent life-cycle economy. The high-power design of this product can meet the power needs of intercity buses, heavy trucks, etc., adapt to a variety of application scenarios, and can achieve multi-systematization.
Judging from the specific product parameters, the TL Power 150 hydrogen fuel cell system has a length, width and height of 950*690*715mm, a weight of 166 kilograms, a mass density of 900/kg, a rated power of 150kW, a rated efficiency of 47.1%, and a maximum efficiency of 64.9 %, service life is 30000h, supports IP67 protection, and the lowest starting temperature can reach -30 degrees Celsius.
Previously, FCRD and Huafeng have launched two products to the market, namely TL Power 100 and TL Power 80. Both products have achieved high power density and ultra-long durability of more than 30,000 hours. Among them, the 4.5-ton cold chain logistics vehicle, 8.6-meter bus, 12-meter bus, 18-ton logistics vehicle and 18-ton sweeper truck equipped with Huafeng fuel cell system have been officially released. The above models all have ultra-long cruising range and ultra-high endurance. Low hydrogen consumption and other characteristics.
The launch of TL Power 150 has further enriched the product matrix of the two companies, providing customers with more diversified product choices and adapting to more commercial vehicle models.
