Freescale's instrument cluster products include 8-bit integrated solutions in the S08LG product family, and S12HY products based on our advanced 16-bit architecture. Both products can control displays and analog instruments at the same time. Freescale's 32-bit product family has made a breakthrough in the instrument cluster space, providing rich graphics displays and controlling analog instruments based on specific product families. These products have basic image processing capabilities and support Open GL ES and Open VG, and graphics can be reused between products.
