Naxin Micro introduced the new industry-leading NSR31/33/35 series LDO chips for the first time, which are designed for application scenarios where the car battery is used to power the system. They have a wide input voltage of 3V to 40V and support transient voltages up to 45V. Its ultra-low static power consumption of 5uA and low dropout voltage are very suitable for automotive applications with high standby power requirements, powering the MCU and CAN/LIN transceivers in the standby system to achieve power saving and extend battery life.
Typical application block diagram
The NSR31/33/35 series provides hardware designers with sufficient solutions, with various fixed voltage versions: 2.5V, 3.3V and 5.0V, and also provides output adjustable versions (0.65V to 18V). In addition, different series provide 150mA, 300mA, 500mA output current capabilities, which can be limited by the chip internally. This low-power linear regulator also integrates short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection functions.
These devices can operate in an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and are available in a variety of packages including SOT223, SOT23, DFN-8, MSOP-8EP, SOP-8EP, TO252, TO263, etc. to meet different design requirements.
